I’ve already previously had such an amazing interaction with Sarah a few days ago who did such a stunning job with helping me with multiple makeup purchases and can easily say this is by far the best service I’ve ever received. Love this store and will be constantly coming back even though it’s one of my further Mecca stores.

She promised to return my call after having another look as the system showed they were in stock, and within the hour delivered on her promise.
Jess was incredibly lovely and so genuine, and after several difficulties I’ve experienced with Mecca lately she has restored so much of my loyalty back in the company.
