  Lucas gave us excellent advice for the sale of our house. He really understood the market, and who was likely to purchase our home and used his contacts to find the perfect buyer. We were so happy with the price achieved and the manner in which Lucas went about achieving it. His communication was open, honest and he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Very happy with Harwood’s and would use them again.

  Great Service, Great Result
  Lucas and his team were honest and up front through the whole process of selling our unit. I've read that selling a house is meant to be one of the most stressful experiences in life. What Lucas and his team did was remove this stress entirely. He was incredibly communicative when he needed to be and never overbearing. His assessment of open houses was frank and honest and he was always happy to discuss options. Not only did he manage our expectations expertly but he fought to get us the result we wanted.
  
  I cannot recommend Lucas and his team highly enough, Professional from the get go and always personable.
